Changes:

• Add Game Over screen.
• As speed increases we postpone planting by more frames, to allow for easier piece adjusting, and less sudden planting at higher speeds.
• While arrow keys are held - the game now moves pieces slightly faster. This allows moving pieces faster than they fall at max speed.
• Change speed based on cleared lines, not score.

Known issues:

• In some cases, the "I" block cannot rotate when it should be able to. It will be fixed in the future versions.
